Over the past 14 years, Richard Robinson has drafted, negotiated, and conducted risk mitigation reviews of more than 2,000 construction agreements of all types for global, national, and local owner, developer, contractor, design-builder, EPC, IPD, and P3 consortium clients.
Mr. Robinson also drafts and negotiates access license agreements for developer clients in New York City.
He is a coauthor of Chapter 3 of the American Bar Association 2017 A201 Deskbook, as well as a past visiting lecturer at both New York University's Shack School of Real Estate and Columbia University.
Mr. Robinson is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
